About
A consultant first.
A CPA also.
I see a business, its owner, and their family as one economic picture — not three separate clients. My job is to assemble the numbers into something you can actually use to make a decision, then act as a candid second opinion while you make it. Taxes are one part of that. I'm also a licensed CPA, so the filing, the planning, and the IRS get handled by the same person who knows the whole picture.
Our story
A new chapter for a trusted Noblesville practice.
Noblesville Tax Management continues a long-standing local practice — same community, same address, a different advisor to carry the torch.
Michael Brutout
Consultant & CPA
Basics out of the way — I'm a Ball State graduate, registered Certified Public Accountant, and hold Series 7 and Series 66 registrations. I started my career at a small firm that showed me how much I enjoyed working with the local community. After several years with a larger regional firm, I joined Daryl Petry in 2020 and later continued serving those clients. I enjoy clients who want longer meetings and more engagement, rather than just needing a signature at the end of every year. If all you want is the peace of mind of knowing a licensed CPA filed your taxes, I take care of that too.
What we stand for
Four commitments behind every engagement.
Licensed, but not just a filer
A CPA owns the work start to finish — but the job doesn't stop at filing. Recommendations and honest pushback are part of the engagement.
Proactive, not reactive
Longer meetings, held during the year — not a rushed once-a-year appointment when it's already too late to act.
One economic picture
Your business, your personal return, and your family's finances, considered together — because that's how they actually work.
Local & available
Rooted in Noblesville, working with clients across Indiana — and remotely in any state. By appointment, with a real person on the other end.
